All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Can-Cut. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including file quality, material availability, or safety concerns.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are based on the quoted dimensions and materials provided.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Rush orders are subject to availability and the applicable rush surcharge.

You are responsible for ensuring your DXF files are accurate and ready to cut. Can-Cut is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. While an order is still under review or in production you can request cancellation from your account, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Once material has been committed or cutting has begun, we may not be able to stop the order. Because orders are paid in full up front, an approved cancellation is refunded — but on larger orders we may retain a processing fee covering material and machine time already committed. Every request is reviewed individually, and we will tell you what applies before the refund is processed.

Custom plasma cut parts are made to order and are generally non-returnable. If a manufacturing error occurs on our part, we will re-make the part at no charge or issue a refund.

Can-Cut's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
